This website is operated by Roam Car & Truck Rentals ("Roam", "we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms.

Vehicle photos are representative. Actual trim, color and equipment may differ. Rates, availability and offers shown on the site can change at any time and are not guaranteed until your rental is confirmed by our team.

Submitting a request on this site does not create a reservation or a contract. A rental is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you.

Bookings, payment and rental agreements may be handled through our booking partner. Your rental is governed by the rental agreement you sign at booking or pickup. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the rental agreement controls.

Drivers must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Additional requirements, such as proof of insurance, a deposit or payment method, are set out in your rental agreement.

The first-rental discount is for new Roam customers only, one per person, household or driver's license. It applies to a qualifying rental that meets the minimum rental length shown with the offer, and only before any expiration date shown.

The offer has no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and cannot be applied to taxes, fees, fuel, damage, deposits or past rentals. We may change or end the offer at any time.

A referral reward is earned only when the person you referred completes a qualifying first rental. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and referrals obtained through spam or misleading means do not qualify.

Rewards are credits toward future Roam rentals. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire. We may review, withhold or reverse rewards that do not meet these terms, and we may change or end the program at any time.

The Roam Assistant is an automated helper. It aims to be accurate but can make mistakes. Rates, availability and policies are confirmed only by our team and your rental agreement. Conversations may be saved so our team can follow up and improve answers.

When you send a request, claim an offer or chat with the assistant, we use the details you provide to respond, manage your rental and run our offers. We don't sell your personal information. You can ask us to update or delete it by contacting us.

This website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Roam is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under California law.
